I was in a motor vehicle accident, does your clinic deal with ICBC claims?
Yes! Our Chiropractors gladly accept ICBC claims at South Surrey Chiropractic & Wellness. We are registered with ICBC for the Direct Program, in which you do not need to pay the office for any of the treatments you receive, for a maximum of 12 weeks from your initial visit.
Do you direct bill Extended Health Insurance?
Yes! We direct bill extended health insurances for patients, including Pacific Blue Cross, Great West Life, SunLife, and more! Please see the list of all extended health companies listed under "Third Party Billings". Please check with your insurance company for information about your benefits.
Do I need a referral from my MD to see a Chiropractor?
No, no referral is needed for a Chiropractic appointment.
What can I expect during my initial consultation with the Chiropractor?
Your initial consultation with the Chiropractor will consist of an in depth look at your personal case history, a physical examination, as well as a chiropractic treatment. Treatment will vary depending on your condition, but may include things such as manipulation, muscle release technique, and joint mobilization. During your initial examination, the doctor may also recommend different forms of treatment, such as Cold Laser Therapy, ShockWave Therapy or Decompression. Recommendation of therapeutic exercises may be given to help relieve your pain and get you moving again.
